Corn Bread Squares

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, not drained
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a Thatsa Bowl with a Saucy Silicone Spatula until well blended. Pour into a 13″ x 9″ pan lined wiht Silicone Wonder Mat and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  2. Casserole will be golden brown and the edges will have started to pull away from sides. Cool slightly and cut into squares using Spatula. Consistency should be very moist. Best served warm.
