Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Sauce suggestion: Blue Cheese Sauce. Side dish suggestion: Ragin potatoes and green beans.
Ingredients
- 4-4 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. Ragin’ Cajun Seasoning Blend
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Place chicken and buttermilk in Season Serve Container; seal and shake to coat.
- Let chicken sit for at least 10 minutes. In an Impressions Bowl, mix flour and seasoning together.
- Gently coat chicken strips with flour mixture.
- Place chicken in a heated Chef Series 9.5″ Fry Pan.
- Cover and fry each side on medium-high for 5 minutes each until done.
