Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Sauce suggestion: Blue Cheese Sauce. Side dish suggestion: Ragin potatoes and green beans.
Ingredients
  • 4-4 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. Ragin’ Cajun Seasoning Blend
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Place chicken and buttermilk in Season Serve Container; seal and shake to coat.
  2. Let chicken sit for at least 10 minutes. In an Impressions Bowl, mix flour and seasoning together.
  3. Gently coat chicken strips with flour mixture.
  4. Place chicken in a heated Chef Series 9.5″ Fry Pan.
  5. Cover and fry each side on medium-high for 5 minutes each until done.
