Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. softened)
- 1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese with Silicone Spatula evenly into Base of Oval Microwave Cooker. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over top.
- Drizzle salsa over top of cheese; top with peppers, black olives, and onion.
- Microwave on Medium (50%) for 2 to 4 minutes, or just until cream cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly on edges. Let stand several minutes.
- Serve with taco chips.
