Ingredients
- 2 medium sized tomatoes, quartered
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 3 cups canned pineapple tidbits
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Simple Indulgence Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in Quick Chef and using the blade attachment, mix until you have reached desired consistency.
- Serve with baked or whole grain tortilla chips served in the Chip ‘N Dip.
