Micro-Bake Muffin Loaf

Quick Muffins
Ingredients
  • 16-oz./455 g box muffin mix
  • 1 cup water (or amount according to package directions)
  • 1 tbsp. softened unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together muffin mix and water.
  2. Use softened butter to grease UltraPro 1.75-Qt./1.8 L Loaf Pan. Pour in muffin batter.
  3. Microwave, uncovered, on high power 5 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
  4. Can use any Tupperware Microwave Safe Product
