Light Pesto

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, packed
- 3 tsp. pine nuts, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine the basil, pine nuts, oil and garlic in the base of the Chop ‘N Prep Chef. Pull cord 5-6 times or until mixture forms a coarse paste.
- Add water until pesto reaches desired consistency.
- Transfer to a small Wonderlier Bowl and fold in cheese using a Saucy Silicone Spatula.
