Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 dozen Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- Paprika, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Peel the eggs, cut in half and scoop out yolks into Power Chef System base with blade.
- Arrange Whites on Tupperware Egg tray,
- Combine Mayo and Mustard with yolks and pull cord 5-6 times till blended.
- Pipe or scoop mixture into egg whites.
- Sprinkle with Paprika (add slice of olive if desired)
- Variations:
- Bacon Ranch: Add hot sauce and ranch mix to yolk mixture, and top with bacon.
- Chipotle: Replace Paprika with Chipotle Powder
- Pickle Lovers: Add pickle juice and relish to mixture, top with small sliced pickles and pimentos
- Avocado: Add 1 Diced Avocado and Lemon Juice and Zest to mixture, and omit Paprika
