Pot Roast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 2 lb./1 kg chuck roast
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. coarse kosher salt
  • 1 onion, peeled and sliced
  • 2-3 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Directions

  • Rub roast with garlic powder, paprika, brown sugar and salt
  • Place in base of Micorwave Pressure Cooker. Add onion slices to Microwave Pressure Cooker. Cover with beef broth and add apple cider vinegar. Seal Microwave Pressure Cooker and microwave on high for 25 minutes
  • Let pressure release naturally before opening
  • Cut roast into shreds
  • Serve warm on desired bun topped with cooked onion and white cheddar cheese.
