One of the favorite parties of all time only requires two ingredients from you Host: a box of cake mix and a 12 oz./355 ml can of soda. Michelle Thomas-George, a Consultant who’s had a Tupperware business for only a year and a half, says every party guest loves it. It’s certainly a classic Tupperware party that showcases some fail-proof classic products.
Ingredients
  • Box of your favorite cake mix
  • Can of diet soda
  • Can of frosting (to go with combination of flavors)
  • *Note* besides the orange soda and vanilla mix, there are infinite possibilities:
  • – Clear cherry-flavored soda with vanilla cake mix
  • – Dark cherry-flavored soda with chocolate cake mix
  • – Cream soda with red velvet cake mix
  • – Ginger ale with spice cake mix
Instructions
  1. *Note* make the cake as early in the party as possible, giving the cake at least 20-30 minutes to set after it comes out of the microwave. If you try to flip it right out of the microwave, chances are it’ll crumble and break.
  2. Stir the soda and cake mix together in the Mix n Stor Plus Pitcher.
  3. Place the cone in the 3 qt. Tupperwave Stack Cooker and spray with non stick cooking spray. Pour the frosting around the cone. Take a spoon and drop batter by dollops on top frosting (do not stir).
  4. Microwave on high (uncovered) for 8-10 minutes. The cake will pull away from the sides. You can test with a toothpick. Allow cake to cool for 20-30 min.
  5. Place a plate on top of the cake and invert. Allow the cake to drop onto the plate.
  6. If not all your guests want to garnish their cake with fresh fruit or candy, place a Snack Cup in the middle of the cooled cake where the Cone used to be, filled with different toppings Your guests can then top their slice of cake with whatever they want.
