Layered Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
  • (LAYER in Large 30-ox 1L Eco Water Bottle in order listed)
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups candy-coated chocolate candies
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup toasted chopped almonds (or substitute raisins or seeds of your choice)
  • (ADD BEFORE BAKING)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅔ cup oil
  • 3 eggs
Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients in mix-n-stor pitcher
  2. Pour into lightly greased Vent 'N Serve® Large Shallow
  3. Microwave uncovered at high power for 9 minutes - let cool.
  4. Cut with spatula

  6. May also bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Use toothpick to test for doneness.
