Dark Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 (19.5 oz) pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
  • 8 oz. reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) tub chocolate frosting (optional)
Instructions
  1. In Quick Shake Container, place eggs and blend together.
  2. In Thatsa Bowl, place cake mix and all ingredients including blended eggs.
  3. Mix together with Saucy Silicone Spatula until well blended.
  4. Pour batter in buttered Fluted Round Magic Baking Form.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out practically clean (Cake should be very moist).
  6. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes in Form before inverting onto cake plate or Cake Taker.
  7. Ice cake with favorite frosting before serving.
